- ‘From Foal Creek this one, hill going up. That Jurliwal for Ngarrmaliny [Freddie Timms] country. Top side of Greenvale top side that hill ranges right down to Pelican Hole buwurrugu la my country [north of my country]. Jurliwal country this hill jadjadngarri nginjinde all the way la Jawunarreny [the hills stand up all the way to Jurliwal]. Country for my aunty, other one olgaman [another old woman] close cousin-sister for my Mum mob. And he got a minyjiwarrany tree [bush plum] there now too. We been always fill ‘im up too many bag, oh but road buggered up. [the fruit would fall down onto] flat rock you know and nice and sweet. I still remember for that place. This one la end of it down this way, my big brother’s Aboriginal name for Sugarbag Dreaming, ground sugarbag [he is named after the place for Sugarbag Dreaming].
