Paddy Carroll Tjungarrayi

Paddy Carroll worked with printmaker Bill Meyer at Port Jackson Press in Melbourne to produce a series of images which represent his Dreaming. This print depicts a major site north of Alice Springs in the artists country where ceremonies are performed to maintain and increase the supply of Witchetty grubs. This design is used in the ceremonies. Men U shapes) are shown seated at campsites (concentric circles) singing the ceremonial songs.
