Lily Morton Kemarre is a distinguished Indigenous Australian artist born around 1945 in the Utopia region of the Northern Territory. She belongs to the Eastern Anmatyerre language group and is a respected elder within her community. Lily is renowned for her intricate paintings that depict the "Bush Plum Dreaming" (Arnwekety), a significant cultural story passed down through generations.

Her artwork is characterized by fine dot work and vibrant colors, representing the seasonal cycles and spiritual significance of the bush plum—a vital food source and cultural emblem for the Anmatyerre people.

Lily's work has been exhibited nationally and is sought after by collectors.
